My name is Krystal Eason and I am in the process of being a personal trainer, group exercise instructor originally from Bunnlevel North Carolina. I moved to Winston Salem to attend Winston Salem State University, now currently living in Fayetteville NC. Growing up I was very athletic (basketball, volleyball, marching band track), but in 2014 I decided to take control of my health and well being by being a physique competitor. This is a great accomplishment, as I grew up skinny, but gained about 15 pounds before I chose to reach out to fit factory and got a coach and compete. Fitness is my life and my passion and my love for bodybuilding only continues to grow. My first show, I placed second in my division , and second this past October in one of the  biggest shows in North Carolina. For me its not about competing it’s about challenging your self to push and living a healthy lifestyle. With the 2015 season approaching I want to continue to grow.

 

My next goal is to step on that pro stage next year with an even better package, breaking another stereotype by being a single mother and career woman.
